WHAT IS KAMBO?
A secretion of a Giant Green Monkey Tree Frog from the Amazon and is nicknamed frog vaccine. The same scientist who discovered serotonin analyzed Kambo in a laboratory and described it as a ‘fantastic chemical cocktail with potential medical applications. Currently there are over 70 Kambo patents lodged, mainly in the USA. Kambo is not a medicine and those that administer it are practitioners.

WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

Kambo treatments involve a deep physical and energetic cleansing of the body that can be used to address a number of conditions ranging from depression, CFS, autoimmune, migraines, laziness, chronic pain, removal of infections and/or toxins, and other issues. Its many powerful peptides boost the immune system, preventing illness or infections. Through detoxification, it can lift heavy, negative, stagnant energy. A process of about an hour can aid in resetting, balancing, and boosting all systems of the body.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE

The ceremony with setting intentions and drinking a gallon of water. The secretions are applied to small skin burns aka gates which depending on the facilitator can be created along the Meridians, the Chakras, Nadis and Marma Points or anywhere in the body. The immediate effects of Kambo are intense but short lived, usually lasting no more than 30 to 40 minutes. They may include a rise in temperature, sweating, shivers, and dizziness as the heart rate increases. Blood pressure may also rise or fall dramatically. Many people report a tingling or burning sensation similar to electricity that starts at the points of application and spreads throughout the body. Some may even feel a heightened awareness or feeling high.

Purging is possible in form of sweating, crying, shaking, vomiting or going to the bathroom. Other effects may include nausea, pressure in the head and neck, stomach pain, inflammation of the throat, dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty moving, numbness, and swollen lips and tongue.
